What services does “In Home Care & More, Inc.” offer?
We offer Certified Nursing Aides, Home Health Aides, Companions , Sitters, Housekeepers or Homemakers, Meal Prep, Errands and many other non-medical services.

Who needs “In Home Care & More, Inc.” services?
There is a big demand for help in the home these days. People who are recovering from an illness or hospitalization and many senior citizens who want to stay in their own homes, but need help with the activities of daily living.

How much do your services cost?
Our services are designed to meet each individuals needs. We are very competitive in the market we offer and realize each client has different circumstances. Please feel free to call our office in Jupiter, Florida at (561) 745-6611, to speak with someone about the different programs we offer and pricing.

Will my insurance pay?
Unfortunately, Medicare doesn’t pay for personal care services. Some insurances such as, Workman’s Compensation, long-term care and automobile policies often will reimburse for some personal care services. You will need to contact your agent.

Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed as a referral service/home care. We are Incorporated and have been in business since 1996. We are licensed, bonded and insured.

Do you screen or check the people coming into my home?
All caregivers are independent contractors with interviews, criminal background checks and bonding. They must exhibit a genuine passion for helping people. “We will not put any individual in your home that we would not want in our home.”

Will I have the same person all the time?
A very high priority is placed on matching you with someone who is compatible with you. Remember, we are in your home. A close relationship with a primary caregiver is very important to establishing a feeling of security. Times will arise when caregivers need days off, vacations, emergencies, etc. At that time, you will still be covered by a quality individual from “In Home Care & More, Inc.”

What are your hours and availability of the services?
We are always available. Seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Can you help me with medicines, insulin or wound dressings?
No. “In Home Care & More, Inc.” is a non-medical referral service. We do not provide any medical services or “hands-on” treatment. We can remind you when to take medications or change wound dressings.
